Museum of the Bible gives back Ancient Gospel looted during WWI

A thousand-year-old handwritten manuscript is being sent back to the monastery it was stolen from more than 100 years later.
The Museum of the Bible has been reviewing its entire collection, and after learning that the document had been looted from a Greek monastery during World War I, made the decision to have it returned. The museum's review has uncovered thousands of items looted from the ancient world, which has drawn both criticism for how its collection was built, but also praise for how it is responding to its findings.
