A controversial Calgary pastor has had his charges overturned by an Alberta Court of Appeal.
Artur Pawlowski, a pastor notorious for provoking law enforcement and local governments from long before the COVID-19 pandemic, had been arrested and fined for breaking Alberta public health orders with his church gatherings. Last week, the three-member Court of Appeal unanimously overturned his charges in what his lawyer has called a "slam-dunk win."
